Even though I am completely satisfied with the quick delivery, and the flowers are beautiful. I am not completely happy with the substitution of the arrangement. I ordered pink white and green flowers for a reason, but fall colors were delivered. I also paid for deluxe and the standard size is what was received based off the photos on the site. Disclaimer says produced as closely as possible to the picture. I wish I could post the pics of my order and what was delivered as it was nowhere close to being the same thing. If email was available I would have contacted instead of leaving a review.

I'm Very sorry for the confusion. With the candleberry celebration arrangement it does not state in the description that it comes in those specific colors, and unless you state a specific color of flower it is designers choice. Arrangements displayed on our website are premium. I remember your arrangement was definitely sized more toward the premium size then the deluxe size that you ordered. I suggest in the future if you are needing something specific please call to order or leave detailed instructions when you order. If need be you can call me at 740-947-7054. Thank you

When ordering online, it would be nice ti receive a picture by mail of flowers ordered.

That would be great if we were able to do that but we just do not have the time or the man power to take pictures of everything and mail, email, or text them to our customers. We are a small shop in a small town and typically there are only 1-2 of us working each day. We hope you were otherwise satisfied with your order and hope you will consider continuing to shop with us!

My wife and I visited Jessica's Attic. Store was beautiful, neat, and clean. Service was excellent and friendly. Flower arrangement we ordered was exceptional and beautiful. We highly recommend this florist!
